Kitchen counter 34.75 in, bathroom counter is 30 in, no clearance.Toilet has one side grab bar. Shower is 40 x 56 in, entrance has no threshold, has two ADA grab bars. Details (ft): 65 to office/front gate, 110 to ADA parking, 20 to pool, 50 to grill, 100 to laundry/ice machines (29 in door, 9 in entry step and 1.5 in step in pathway). 21 ft ramp from sidewalk to entry gate, has one 4 in step.
